Lead Experience Designer, Code & Theory, 2025-Present
As the Lead Experience Designer at Code & Theory, I spearheaded the design of "The Machine," a comprehensive AI orchestration platform soon serving 13,000+ users across Stagwell's 70+ agencies. I created intuitive dashboard interfaces, complex analytics visualizations, and conversational AI chat experiences that integrate multiple data sources and agentic workflows. Through extensive user research and iterative testing with internal teams and clients like ConEd, I informed critical product decisions that shaped the platform's evolution from concept to MVP launch. I mentored design fellows and junior designers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect specifications for engineering handoff. My design leadership contributed to securing executive buy-in at the highest levels, with the platform being showcased at Cannes and positioning Code & Theory as an industry leader in AI-powered creative workflows.
Senior Product Designer, Publicis Sapient, 2022-2025
Visible
Leading design efforts for visible.com, including design system maintenance, design workshops, user research, shop flow development, leading cross functional disciplinary efforts and overall improving the experience for Visible users. My new designs have led to an overall NPS improvement for Visible, as well as increasing sales through a streamlined shop flow by over 50%.
Marriott
While on the Marriott Legal Team, I led successful website redesigns across multiple internal sites, incorporating the company's new design system in Sketch to deliver user-centric solutions. Through effective communication and presentation of design choices, I gained buy-in from stakeholders, contributing to the success of the projects. I also developed Information Architecture for multiple websites, creating site maps and wireframes to enhance user experience and site functionality.
Verizon
As a mobile app designer, I developed and implemented branding guidelines and their design system to achieve consistent messaging across all platforms. I ensured high design standards by performing QA and designing effective user flows for telecommunication and mobile applications. I also provided valuable feedback and strategic solutions to key stakeholders, managing expectations and meeting objectives.
Lead Product Designer, ennabl, 2021-2022
As the lead product designer at ennabl, I developed a comprehensive design system and style guide in Figma, ensuring consistency in user interface designs across digital assets. I designed complex tables, graphs, charts, and filters for an insurance dashboard used by small and large-scale companies. I compiled data-driven reports through usability testing and user research to inform design revisions and product decisions. Additionally, I trained and mentored junior designers, and prepared pixel-perfect designs and documentation for engineering handoff. My work contributed to the successful launch of ennabl's product, which attracted multiple rounds of investment valued at over $40M.
Design & Operations Manager, Audigent, 2019-2021
Created visual designs and mockups for website updates and features using XD, Figma, and InVision. I also conceptualized and produced over 50 original designs for album artwork, graphics, posters, ads, and videos using Photoshop and Illustrator. Additionally, I managed websites for themusicplayground.com and thedinermusic.com, updating the front-end design, debugging, and testing new features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Genius, Apple, Inc., 2015-2018
As a product designer at Apple Inc., I was responsible for designing and developing new features and experiences for the company's flagship products. I collaborated closely with engineers and other designers to create user-centered designs that were both functional and visually appealing. During my time at Apple, I worked on several high-profile projects, including the redesign of the Apple Music interface.
